The Laughing Goat opened its new location, "The Baby Goat" – located at 2907 55th Street, right next door to the Valmont Post Office. The Baby Goat features air-roasted, organic fair-trade coffee from Kaladi Coffee of Denver. It sells food that will actually get you through lunchtime, an eternal midday cafe challenge when

trying to decide between a cinnamon roll or gluten-free banana bread for a suitable lunch. Fantastic food, sandwiches, burritos, soups, and salads are at your very fingertips. The café serves gluten free and raw treats as well. Having a meeting? The Baby Goat sells freshly brewed large-portioned boxed organic coffee for business meetings that includes stirrers, cups, sugar and cream. Aesthetically, the location is shaping up to be quite the work-break oasis, as potted plants, comfortable couches and outdoor lattice seem to be multiplying like rabbits since its opening. If you haven’t been to the Baby Goat, pack up your books and computer, and give it a shot. And be prepared to be fully embraced into the Goat life.
