Just pop it back in the oven for a few minutes and crisp that crust right back up! So delicious and not very sour. I'm not a huge sourdough person and I Looooove this!!

Sourdough bread at Gina's from my own homegrown sorghum sourdough starter. I'm sending a video also without sound so you can hear the incredibly light and crunchy crust! It could be a freaking ASMR video!

I'm at about a week to turn around, so I can feed enough starter. Taking pre-orders now! DM me if you want to order. I will not be at the gluten-free event in Englewood this Saturday but I am aiming for July!
