🚨ATTENTION🚨 We will be closing our doors after tonight, 12/16. We’re so sorry for the short notice, but since we’ve had SO many of you come in the last few days, we no longer have enough food to stay open beyond tonight.

We will be closing at 7pm tonight, so you still have time to come in for one last Fresh Thymes dinner.

Fresh Thymes community, we are heartbroken to have to share this news with you. We want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of the Fresh Thymes family, now and forever. Without your support, we would not have been able to keep our doors open over these last nine years.

Our community means everything to us, and we are certain that your support will carry with us in this next phase of our journey. We don’t have all the answers right now, but we know that, although challenging and sorrowful, this ending of the Fresh Thymes Eatery is also the beginning of something beautiful. Come next year, we plan to focus on the Bodega and everything we’re passionate about, like making darn good food, education on food and wellness, serving our community, and so much more.

Did you know that 11.1% of people in Boulder County suffer from food insecurity? That means over 30,000 people in our community, many of them children, lack access and availability to enough food for an active, healthy life.

We believe that everybody should have access to nourishing food, which is why we're hosting a Holiday Food Drive, in partnership with .

We invite you to join us in the fight against food insecurity by dropping off non-perishable food items to our donation boxes at our Bodega location. We will be accepting donations now until Wednesday, 12/21. See our hours listed in our bio.

🚨 Another update to our hours!!!

As we find the balance between being open for you, our community, and taking care of our staff and logistics we have made another change to our hours.

We will now be open from 11 am to 7 pm Tuesday through Friday and from 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday, and we will be closed on Mondays.

We hope that this change is more sustainable during these winter months and allows us the time to find an amazing kitchen manager and staff.

Here's a Throwback Thursday to our not-so-long-ago Ikarian Cooking Workshop & Dinner!

It was such a delight and honor to host George and Eleni Karamalis for 3 nights of cooking as they showed us "how to cook tasty food without killing the nutrients".

Menu items included roasted butternut squash with an aubergine whipped topping, dolmades (rolled and stuffed cabbage leaves), and fava (yellow split peas with onion).

Our class participants learned so much and many of them are now inspired to visit George and Eleni at their farm-stay on the island of Ikaria!
