✨BIG NEWS!!! ✨
Kristi and John here to share some really exciting developments… As of October 1st, 2026, we are the new proprietors of 321 Main Street in Longmont, former home of Landline Doughnuts! In early 2027, this old historic building will be the official new home of our SECOND location! John and Jodi (of Landline) are relocating to Washington state to be closer to their family, and we are sending love and well wishes to them on their big move. ❤️

We opened January Coffee in Boulder just over four years ago. After overcoming some huge trials and learning a lot about owning a coffee shop and even more about ourselves, we’ve decided we are ready to grow. John grew up in Boulder, but Longmont is where we call home, so we are super excited for the opportunity to serve the city we live in. Thanks to all of our regulars who have visited and poured love into our Boulder shop over the years. We wouldn’t be able to keep chasing this dream without you and your continued support. And thanks to our awesome team for holding it down in Boulder while we figure this new thing out. We’re excited for all of you to be able to visit us in Longmont in a few months! 🥳

✨ TOMORROW! ✨ our friends at LOVE YOU TATTOO are celebrating 5 years and we’re bringing some funky vibes to celebrate with them! We are serving up our whole signature drink menu (yes, including the Banana Stand) from 1pm-6pm, so come get a treat and help us celebrate the lovely, wonderful, amazing people at one of our favorite Colorado tattoo studios! Hope to see some of you beautiful people there 🕺🏻🪩

As some of you know, the rapid cook oven we use for our food program has been fully out of commission for the past week and a half, so we’ve been operating on a less than ideal system. This means that we have been unable to make our beloved breakfast sandos, which we are super bummed about. We’ve been trying to resolve this issue with the manufacturer and our tech company, and it’s going to cost us thousands of dollars to fix. This is a difficult burden to bear as a small business.

Obviously this creates a lot of disappointment, and trust us, we’re disappointed too — and while we understand this is frustrating for our customers, keep in mind that our staff have not created this issue and are doing what they can to help, so please be kind to them as we try to get systems back to normal. Our burritos and toasts are delicious options that we can still offer. Sandos will be back, we promise 🫶
