I'll be there with new bakes... Pumpkin fudge swirl loaves, gluten-free cinnamon rolls, gluten-free Belgian waffles with pearl sugar (and fun stuff stuck to the outside), awesome savory snacks. Lots-o-things! Don't miss it!

Wow. Wow. Did I say wow? This was last year’s Christmas set up. So much I’ve learned since then. So much I did wrong and unknowingly illegally. And now I’ve found a new frenemy. She’s holding my hand for this year’s holiday market (invite coming to u soon). Her name is AI. She just worked up a baking and packaging schedule for me one week leading up to the pop-up event. Everything from Day 1 labeling to Day 7 packing the car. Heck! I’m gonna ask her to go back and tell me when to take a shower so to be ultra efficient! I love her but she scares me.

Super excited today to be delivering my Gluten Free Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Poufs with her cousin Miss Strawberry Lemonade Pouf. A pouf gives cookie mini muffin vibes. Yep, with real freeze dried fruit!

My first time making homemade waffles just happens to be a gluten-free belgian and they’re delicious! Nice and fluffy. I've been gluten free for almost two decades and can't believe I've never tried to make a waffle! Here's the recipe I used:

2 eggs
57 g melted butter or 50 g vegetable oil (I used butter)
2 cups milk (I used 2% lactose-free milk)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
270 g (2 1/4 cup) King Arthur gluten-free all-purpose biscuit and baking mix. I didn't have this so I used their bread mix.
36 g (1/4 C) buttermilk powder, optional. I didn't have any so I omitted.
2 T granulated sugar
2 tsp instant yeast

Pro tip: Having a waffle iron is highly suggested. 😉

I love before and after pics, especially transformations like upgrading from sweatpants to Met Gala attire or giving a house a fresh coat of paint. Here's my latest: messing around in the backyard and then a clear outcome.
