Leaving you with some pics from Tim and Wellington’s wedding. This will be it for Eridu, time to retire it. Many thanks to everyone who was involved with Eridu at Rosetta Hall (Elizabeth, Kaira, Alex, Michel, Dylan, Otis, and all of the incredible farmers that made it all possible)we built something pretty amazing and indeed created true Colorado cuisine. Thank you to my main partner in culinary crime over the years Gabe Enlow, and to Ashley Hook for all the help with this last wedding. I’m throwing in the hat on catering and wedding cooking, I’m so grateful to be a part of Academy Mapleton Hill as it allows for me to officially retire Eridu. Remember that Love is the Law, Love Under Will😉. It’s been a hell of a ride!

Cooked and played violin for an amazing wedding yesterday. All of the veggies sourced from a combination of Cure Organic Farm, Red Wagon Organic Farm, Esoterra Culinary Gardens, and Golden Prairie (can’t have an Eridu dinner without millet cakes made with Jean Hediger’s incredible millet😉), both lunch and dinner were special. I’m now offering to play during wedding services/dinner parties and would love to cook and play for your next special event! Cheers!

We are so excited to announce our 2021 Summer Farm Dinner Series! We've partnered with some of our favorite Boulder County farms to bring you a uniquely fresh and local culinary experience. Local chefs, local farms, local ingredients. All set along the scenic front range. Our series opens at MetaCarbon OrganicFarm at the end of this month! We will be hosting dinners Wednesday nights, every other week beginning on June 23rd though September. Be on the lookout for event details, locations, and how to purchase tickets on our Facebook and Instagram pages!
