Sweetwater Kitchen at BMGR Organic, local, garden-to-table restaurant off the beaten path in Boulder, Utah. Located adjacent to just 7 miles outside of the town of Boulder, Utah.

Sweetwater Kitchen is located down scenic Hell's Backbone Rd. Cuisine is concentrated on sustainable, local and organic Southwestern flavors with some international influences. Produce is sourced from the on-site garden and guests are welcome to stay at Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch which houses Sweetwater Kitchen. The restaurant and lodge is seasonal and open from May to October. Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are welcome.

Chef Scott Ashley and his team have crafted an exciting new menu focused on fresh, organic, and thoughtfully produced ingredients. Plus, we’re thrilled to have a sommelier on board this season, curating an extensive wine list to pair beautifully with our dishes!! 🍷

We really are so grateful for the community of fantastic guests that visit us every season! We are excited for slower days but are also eager & looking forward to another wonderful season!
