Grant me the patience of a saint, the hands of an octopus, and the skin of a rhino. Deliver us from the sudden vegans, the well done filet savages, and the 10 top orders split 10 different ways.
Protect my knives from the unskilled, shield my station from the ungrateful, and let the walk-in stay as cold as my ex's heart.
Bless the dishwasher, guard the deep fryer, and may the cornstarch always be disturbingly plentiful.
Give me the grace to smile at the front of house and the speed to dodge the falling ramekins.

Mother Nature is testing us all this week. If the heat wasn't enough, now the smoke has moved in making it even less hospitable outside. We're open today from 11-9 but understand that may change. It's not advisable to be spending much time outdoors today so if you want to just stay inside and come eat a different day, we totally understand. We're struggling to keep the kitchen temps down as it is.
