It's autumn in the Northwoods and we're out frolicking in the leaves and enjoying the colors.

Just kidding. We're stuck in the kitchen. So do us a favor.. Go outside and look at the fall colors, enjoy the scenery and swing by and tell us all about it and we'll have lunch for you when you get here. We'll even trade you a Halloween Oreo if you bring in a cool leaf

UPDATE: We will not have fish and chips on the menu tonight, nor in the near future until I find an acceptable replacement. We've been offering bluegill but the price has jumped like the price of gas around here and I'm not paying $1150 for 50lbs of fish. Sorry, not sorry. Lake perch is about the same and we're not about to charge $34 for five pieces of fish and some fries. I wouldn't pay that and I don't expect you to either. I'm looking at a few types of fish so in the next couple weeks I'm gonna try them out with different breading combinations and the plan is to have it dialed in and back on the menu when we come back from our 2 week break in November.
