This building has been part of Boulder City's story since the 1930s!

The historic photo identifies the Browder Building as the “First & Oldest Business House,” a reminder of just how far back our downtown business history goes.

Fast forward to today, and this historic building is now home to Dam Roast House & Browder Bookstore, continuing a long tradition of local business within these walls. ❤️

Nearly a century later, people are still walking through these doors, gathering, shopping and supporting local.
