To make that happen, our Canyon Park café is shifting to summer hours:

Some people move away from Texas and leave it behind. We brought it with us — the food, the hospitality, the sweet tea, and the unshakeable belief that unsweet tea is just sad brown water.
We're Ross and Amanda, a couple of educators - one who traded the classroom for the kitchen and together we opened The Texan right here in Bothell, Washington. Our menu is built from family recipes passed down through generations and new creations we've been serving friends and family for years. Southern-inspired food with genuine Pacific Northwest heart.
And yes — our sweet tea is the real deal. None of that halfway stuff.

Swing by Friday, July 3— we're brewing from 6:30 to 1:30 and ready to fuel your holiday weekend.

We'll be closed Saturday, July 4 to celebrate Independence Day with our families, but we'll be back and ready to serve you on Monday.
