To our BBQ family and friends,
After many wonderful years, it’s time to share some bittersweet news: Carolina Smoke will be closing its doors effective immediately.
While this abrupt announcement is not the way we wanted to share this news- unfortunate circumstances, staffing challenges and the high cost of keeping a brick and mortar establishment afloat- are some of the main factors that have led us here.
It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to us. Carolina Smoke has always been about more than great food—it’s been about the people, the conversations around the table, the celebrations, the friendships, and the memories made along the way.
To every customer who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, told a friend about us, celebrated a special occasion here, or simply stopped by for your favorite dish—thank you. Your support and loyalty over the years have meant more to us than we could ever express.
We’re incredibly grateful for our employees, our community, and everyone who helped make Carolina Smoke what it became. We’ll carry these memories with us long after the doors close.
While this may be the closing of one chapter, we hope it isn’t the end of the Carolina Smoke story. 🔥
