How we get the pastrami ready for your sandwiches each and every morning. Matt is showing the fatty and inedible parts we have to cut out to serve you only the best cuts of beef. This shows a key difference between “deli pastrami” and “real pastrami”. Deli pastrami is just processed meat with pastrami flavoring and our pastrami is real with fresh steamed pieces of beef.
