It sure is rosé weather. One of our favorite bottles right now is the Audoin Marsannay Rosé. Marsannay is the only village appellation in Burgundy permitted to produce rosé, yet many winemakers have shifted away from the style in favor of Bourgogne Rouge. Cyril Audoin remains committed to tradition, crafting his 60-year-old vine estate rosé with the same care and precision as every wine in his cella.
