Today, weโ€™re celebrating Chef Junyoung Ma as he steps into his role as Executive Chef of Kaia.

From Sous Chef to Chef de Cuisine, and now Executive Chef, Jun has helped shape our kitchen with a thoughtful approach that brings together his Korean heritage, refined technique, and the vibrant flavors of the Aegean.

Itโ€™s been a joy to watch his journey unfold, and we couldnโ€™t be more excited to see where he takes us next.
