Breakfast Protein Oats with Peanut Butter Banana & Berries

35g rolled oats
150ml unsweetened almond milk
15g chocolate whey protein
5g peanut butter
50g banana
30g berries
Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

Bring milk and oats and cinnamon to a boil for 3-4 minutes until creamy.
Remove from heat, let it cool, stir in protein and peanut butter until smooth.
Top with banana and berries.
Enjoy!

Just under 400 calories, satisfying enough to keep you full until lunch.

Spicy garlic shrimp with whole wheat spaghetti.

This dish might make it on the menu next week.

Sautéed shrimp with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, freshly diced tomatoes, baby spinach and pepper flakes and whole wheat pasta cooked al dente.
I added some pasta water to create a delicious broth.
So simple, but delicious! 😋🤌🏼

Eating clean doesn’t have to be complicated.

Faroe fresh salmon drizzled lightly with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, salt & pepper, steamed asparagus, garlic grape tomatoes, oven roasted sweet potatoes, lemon slice and microgreens for garnish.

Now, I know this might seem like a lot of work to make and it is, but that’s where I come in. You don’t have to lift a finger besides reheating.
I’ll do the food shopping, the prepping, the cooking and I’ll even deliver it to your home or workplace. You reheat, enjoy and recycle the container. You don’t even have to do dishes. How sweet of a deal that is! 🤗

There’s one ☝️ thing I almost never do; I don’t go food shopping hungry, otherwise I’ll be looking at my fridge and pantry a few days later and questioning 🤨🧐🤔 my food choices. 😜😅

Made a quick 10 minute dinner before my BJ’s run. It was delicious!

📸 Wild caught shrimp, sautéed with grated garlic, pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, added some linguine, some fresh peas, broccoli and baby spinach.

Off I go food shopping now! 😁

*Peas, spinach and broccoli were not part of the recipe, I just wanted to add more volume to my dinner and usually more greens are a great choice.
