A warm summer day in the Green Mountains of Vermont, a tented wedding reception at Sterling Ridge Resort, just minutes from Smugglers’ Notch.

We brought the coffee bar and smoothie bar. The cows brought themselves.

It doesn’t get much more Vermont than that.



Vermont has about 330 cows for every 1,000 people. That’s roughly 1 cow for every 3 to 4 residents.

We had a great morning serving families at a recent JCC Welcome Baby & PJ Library playgroup. Thanks for having us and for proving once again that iced coffee season never really ends.

Warm bursts of citrus tones, glowing draping, custom menus, florals, and our espresso bar setting the tone for the celebration.

At this Citrus Glow editorial shoot with and , one thing was clear: couples are becoming much more confident with bold color, layered textures, and expressive patterns as 2027 wedding trends begin to emerge.

This shoot reminded us how much intentional styling shapes the feeling of a wedding. Over the years, we’ve watched guests naturally gravitate toward spaces that feel welcoming, relaxed, and warm.

That’s often what happens around our espresso bar. Coffee is part of it, of course. But so is the way we serve it: the sounds of steaming milk, the aroma of fresh espresso, and the rhythm of our baristas engaging guests while making drinks to order. Before long, the cart becomes a natural gathering spot.

We love being part of creating that feeling.
