I had so much fun making this cake for my friend Victoria Mimi Pearl 🩷 it’s my take on a Swedish Princess Cake. It’s an almond scented vanilla cake with layers of pistachio Italian meringue buttercream, diplomat cream marbled with fresh fig strawberry preserves and fresh figs folded in.
