Maverick Marketplace has 7 retail spaces and 9 offices. Our goal is to help you grow your business to the point where you are ready to open your own larger space. When you say you are ready to move we help you locate the right premises, work with the financial institutes and then move you to your new location. By offering small business a place to get started, we are putting you on a path to succe

ss by not overburdening you with triple net long term leases. We offer short 1 year leases and will even work with you to partner with others so you do not have the full burden of the rent. Our goal is your success and by building a strong retail environment in the East Boston Main streets, we build a strong community. Leases will be shorter term and inclusive of Heat, Light, Electricity, Internet, trash removal and City Taxes. Perfect for starting out and knowing your running costs for a business.

Steven Snyder AND Rosalia Pena, on the same Saturday night at Mavericks? Music and art, all in one night! Rosalia will be exhibiting some of her new paintings in the lobby at Mavericks!

The ever popular Steve Snyder and the “Don’t be Denied” band are plying here this Saturday, the 22nd. As an added bonus Rosalia Pena will be exhibiting her wonderful artwork in the lobby of the building.
