I bought the business in 1992. In my first 6 months, I recovered my initial investment of $15,000. My business sales increased by 75% over the previous owner's sales by changing the quality of food served to the best in Boston. I served the highest quality meats in my Steak-Tip and Chicken Teriyaki sub sandwiches. The key to the growing success, without a doubt, is my repeat customers which count for 80% of my annual sales in all the years I've been in business. I continually work to reach my business's full potential.
