People often see the finished plate, but rarely what it takes to keep a restaurant running.

This week, we had to temporarily close because our HVAC system went down, and our walk-in refrigerator also started failing.

When equipment that your business depends on every day stops working, everything else has to stop too.

Running a small restaurant means every piece of equipment matters. The kitchen has to stay cool, food has to stay safe, and our team needs the right environment to do what they do best.

Something as simple as a broken system can put years of hard work on pause.

These moments are never easy, but they’re part of the journey of owning a small business. Every challenge reminds us how much happens behind the scenes that customers never see.

We’re working hard to get everything repaired and back up to the standard you expect from us.
