To our beloved customers,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. As we begin our 2 month break from bagel production, I can’t help but to think about all the amazing people I have met along the way. From my loyal preorder customers, to my sporadic day-of walk ins, I cannot express my gratitude enough. You all are what keep me and Be Okay going, and although we are coming to our time of much needed rest, I can’t help but think about how much I will miss my weekend chats and catch ups.

Also a huge thank you to all those people that have supported me to get to where I am: , , my family and friends, and of course my favorite co worker . Without all of you, I 100% know Be Okay would not be at the place it is today and will always be grateful.

I hope you enjoy some of these photos down the Be Okay vault (including a little sneak peek at some future merch) and enjoy the beautiful fall to come! Selling out on our last day by 9:30 this morning is sheer MADNESS! Luckily I was JUST able to sneak in this photo of our special, the Sage Cheddar. If you look closely you can also see a little cameo by the one and only ! We are lucky to have had him as our host, customer, and most importantly, friend!

Thank you all for making today and all the past weekend days possible. You are why we do what we do. A more sentimental post will follow later today once we’re through wrapping our heads around today’s craziness. Love you all!

Alright folks, here it is… the LAST menu before our break! We asked you all what you wanted and if you made one thing clear, you want lots of cheese! Obviously we couldn’t fulfill all of your requests, but tried our best!

To our loyal customers,

After much time and consideration, my team and I have decided to take a 2 month break from bagel production. Starting August 28th, we will cease all Saturday and Sunday sales out of Little Dipper.

Starting a business is both fun and exciting, but at times it can be equally stressful and anxiety inducing. (For those that have started their own business, I’m sure you know the feeling). While there’s nothing I love more than baking bagels, I have found the stress of growing my business at such a rapid rate, at times, strenuous on my mental health. I’m so proud of how much Be Okay Bagels has grown in such a short time, but that rapid growth has caused me to make quick decisions that I personally need more time to evaluate. The industry-wide labor shortage is the final push that has brought me to the conclusion to step back for a period of time. While we are stepping away, I truly believe that this is the best thing I can do for the future of my business, and this time will allow me to process and figure out how to approach the next chapter of my business in the best way possible.

During this time, we still will be working hard to figure out the behind the scenes aspects of our operation (yes this does mean hopefully finding a storefront!!). We look forward to the day when we can serve all of your bagels needs again and are sad we can’t continue to do so while figuring out the future. Where or when exactly we will return is unsure at this moment, but we look forward to day when we can again hand you a bag of freshly baked bagels.

Until then we still are selling bagels both this weekend and next, so come say hello and stock up while you can!

Thank you all for your constant love, understanding, support and kindness throughout this chapter. We are forever grateful!
