Quick update for everyone

We’re putting the wings on pause for now while we finish building out our second truck and prepare for a new concept.

Booking will be available soon for events, parties, schools, churches, and festivals.

Don’t ever despise small beginnings.

This little trailer is where we started. Someone once laughed and said, “What are you going to do with that small thing?”

No bookings.
No connections.
No guidance.
Working part-time, not full-time.
Just grit, consistency, and faith in God.

That “small thing” produced $100K Plus two years in a row. And now? We’re revamping this trailer and building number two.

Small doesn’t mean weak.
Small doesn’t mean broke.
Small just means God is still building the foundation.

Start where you are. Stay faithful. The growth will speak for itself.

It really is crazy and honestly, it’s sad. The food truck community in Shreveport Bossier should be stronger than this.

What’s happening is a scarcity mindset. Instead of realizing there’s room for everyone to eat, people start guarding information, tearing others down, and exposing each other just to feel ahead. But tearing another truck down has never built a successful one.

The truth is Unity creates leverage.
Sharing knowledge raises the standard for everybody.

Competition doesn’t require hostility.
Food trucks already face enough permits, weather, rising food costs, slow seasons. The community should be a place of support, not surveillance. Teaching someone doesn’t take food off your table; it sharpens the whole market and earns respect.

Real bosses build lanes, not roadblocks.
Real leaders teach.
And real success doesn’t come from exposing others it comes from mastering your own systems.

Noise and division are distractions. Integrity, consistency, and focus are what actually build lasting businesses.

Food doesn’t save a business.
Systems do.

Great food gets people to try you once.
Systems get them to come back.
Recipes don’t control profits.

Portioning, pricing, prep lists, and processes do.
Passion doesn’t keep the lights on.
Discipline, structure, and repeatable ex*****on do.

If the business fails, it’s rarely because the food wasn’t good enough.
It’s because there was no system strong enough to carry the vision.

We want to thank each and every one of you for the love, support, and encouragement you’ve shown us. Because of you, this journey has meant more than we can put into words.
At this time, we will be temporarily closed as we begin a full food truck revamp. This step is necessary so we can come back better, stronger, and ready to serve you at an even higher level.
Thank you for rocking with us, believing in us, and being part of our story. This isn’t goodbye it’s just a pause.
