We’re looking for an awesome Lead Barista & Truck Driver to join the BrewTeaFull family!

This position is perfect for someone who can take the lead behind the bar and confidently get our colorful BrewTeaFull truck where it needs to go! You’ll help us serve our community both on and off base while representing everything BrewTeaFull stands for—great drinks, kindness, inclusion, and purpose.

✨ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience driving a larger vehicle
• Has a clear driving record for the past 5 years
• Is able to successfully complete a background check
• Has barista experience and can work quickly and efficiently during busy service
• Is dependable, upbeat, and comfortable taking the lead
• Loves working with people and being part of a team

At BrewTeaFull, we’re about so much more than coffee. We’re building a business centered around community, inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals of all abilities. 💕☕️

🎉 We’re Cutting the Ribbon… and We Want YOU There! 🎉

Tomorrow is a big day for BrewTeaFull Cafe & Play, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with our amazing community!

Heather has been hard at work putting together special kiddo goodie bags, and we’ll have a variety of FREE drinks, fun goodies, and plenty of reasons to smile as we officially celebrate our Ribbon Cutting!

BrewTeaFull Cafe will be serving tomorrow night at Family Fest:

Family Fest – A Night Just for First Responder Families brought to you by Title Sponsor - Barksdale Federal Credit Union

Join us for an unforgettable evening where our first responders can hang up the uniform and just be mom or dad for a while.

Family Fest is a completely FREE, indoor, air-conditioned event (because… Louisiana in July 😅) packed with fun for the whole family. We’re bringing the party to the Bossier Civic Center on July 30th from 5–8 PM with:

Rides, games, and inflatables

Character meet-and-greets and photo ops

Therapy dogs and a petting zoo

Food trucks and plenty more surprises

This night is all about giving back to the families who give so much—letting the kids go wild while you enjoy a well-deserved break.

One of the greatest joys of BrewTeaFull Cafe is getting to celebrate each individual’s successes and walk alongside them through every phase of life. Watching our team members grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and achieve their goals is exactly why we do what we do.

🤍 A bittersweet goodbye… 🤍

This Friday will be Bailey’s last day with us at BrewTeaFull Cafe & Play. While we’re so excited for the next chapter of her journey, our hearts are a little heavy knowing we’ll be saying goodbye to someone who has meant so much to our team.

Bailey has been an incredible part of the BrewTeaFull family. Her kindness, dedication, and smile have made a lasting impact on our staff and the many customers she’s served over the past year. She has truly helped us make BrewTeaFull the welcoming place it is today.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Bailey, we’d love for you to stop by Friday morning to grab your favorite drink, wish her well, and help us send her off with all the love she deserves. 💜
