Aloha mai Kakou,

Knee surgery done, moving and able to stand with little to no pain. Been working on a brand expansion into other products and book. The food trailer/truck is a long way off, but the one or two days a week is looking like it will happen right here in Sandy of the summer. I will be working on finalizing the spot and then work on getting everything in working order for food production. Simple menus but variety each week.

A look into other things will be fermented hot sauces with Hawaiian ingredients and also Hawaiian Chili pepper watah at all different heat levels. The chili's will be grown and Harvested by me here in Sandy.

I also want to say massive Mahalo and blessing to Officer Garrett Thornton and family. He has been a massive support for us. I am humbled to have you not only as a customer but a friend and wish you a speedy recovery.

God bless the families touched by the tragic events of the last few days. Stay safe everyone and keep spreading ALOHA and respecting eachother.

Aloha mai kakou,

Surgery complete and successfu. I will be walking and working on the future of what happens with Braddah T’s. I do know that I so badly want back to doing food everyone has and is still asking for.

I have found a company that will rent me a trailer and one basically that is a lease to own. I want back to doing what I love and working on cookbook, sauces and bottling of all my sauces.

Aloha Mai Kakou,

I have some not so good news and some not so bad news. Braddah T’s is changing gears. Braddah T's will start bottling the sauces that make the food and starting a subsidiary line of fermented hot sauces. I will be farming and growing the peppers and other produce to go in the sauces. I want to continue to do food and have a location but the financial burden of rebuilding myself and soon to be healing from major knee surgery will be taxing. So I am switching gears. 2026 hopefully will bring more in the way of growth and moving towards a permanent place then the last 2 years. I am looking into location in Sandy for a once or twice a month cooking class as well.

Been getting messages about what has happened to me. In a few days I will give an update on a few things. Let's start with this, 2026 will see change and hopefully growth on many paths.
