This gloomy weather is making us want summer! Here at Angelo's we love the summer time because of all of the fun flavors and bright colors we get to work with. Pictured is our famous buratta crostini. The fresh Jersey tomato, buratta and prosciutto pair extremely well with each other and the colors always pop! We are so excited for the warmer months ahead.
