Sarah's Scoops is a seasonal walk up take out stand located in beautiful Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Our local family owned business features delicious "made in Maine" Gifford's ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, and frozen yogurt! Sarah’s Scoops is open for the 2026 season! This season marks the 18th season in Boothbay Harbor! It is actually the 20th season combined with the two years I ran it in Damariscotta before the move to Boothbay Harbor🍨.

For the month of May the stand will be open Thursday to Sunday noon to 8! Days and hours of operation will increase June 1st!

Thanks to everyone who has come out today to support our little independent Gifford’s ice cream stand!

Please be patient with some missing menu items and remember to sign up for the loyalty program to earn discounted and free menu items!

Hello everyone! The last official day of the season will be this Thursday, October 30th! Hours are from 2pm (or earlier ) through Thursday.

We are offering something new this year! If you are interested in purchasing a full tub or two for your holiday festivities you can pre order for Thanksgiving pick up @ BOGO 1/2 off through Thursday only! The tubs do great stored in a chest or upright freezer!

You can always pre pay for pints to pick up and make sure to come in the last day for special pricing on all menu items including gift cards!

Please just look for the open flag on week days between now and the 30th and this coming weekend (Saturday & Sunday) we will be open noon to 8! It’s been a great season but it’s time to wrap it up!
