One morning my wife Jackie said....We combine the Mexican-American culture in the food? You and your parents are Mexican, and you great-grandparents live in Texas when it was part of Mexico. Then began the DREAM of Chili Wi***es Restaurant!!!! From the beginning, the purpose was provide the best quality food and best and freshest products on the market and above all a special menu that was common.

But if authentic in every dish left its mark of authenticity ,therefore our menu is combined Traditional and Contemporary Mexican food,most of them are creation of our chef. Our goal as a Business was to establish a restaurant whit special features and QUALITY ,SERVICE,COMFORT and above all make them feel part of our FAMILY Commencing. THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF IT..!!!!!!!

Dear friends and family
Sunday, February 22th  we have all north east a winter storm , and we closed early Chili Willie's Restaurant , I was home with my family, and I have a phone call from Boonton Fire Deportment Chief Mr. Glen Baker and say Jackie & Jose, I hate calling you on bad news . Somebody crashed in your store with a car,
I say I will be there in a  minute ,
I arrived store front was destroyed  glass, tables, chairs, plants.....  I ask to police department gentleman how the driver is doing? I hope is ok , he say she is fine no injuries how this happen , i say thank God , first nobody hurt is the more important, material can remplace but no life ,( THANK GOD WE WAS CLOSED) i cant imagine we was a regular business day , was catastrophic.
