As we share our 1 Year Anniversary Tasting Menu, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

To our incredible guests who have already booked their seats without even seeing the menu — that means more to us than you realize. Your trust, support, and willingness to simply trust the chef is something we are truly grateful for.

To celebrate one year, we’re inviting you to slow down and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Our 5-course prix fixe tasting menu is designed to be enjoyed over two hours, giving you the time to savor each course, enjoy the w**e pairing if you choose, and experience the flavors and ideas we’ve been dreaming up for this special evening.

This menu is especially meaningful to us. It celebrates where we’ve been, where we are, and all the incredible local farmers and producers who help make what we do possible.

Stuffed with slow-braised pork, finished with a rich fig and cherry reduction, roasted golden beets, fresh figs, and a delicate crunch of peanuts.
Every bite balances earthy sweetness, savory richness, and vibrant color—crafted from scratch and available for a limited time.
Join us for lunch or dinner and experience one of our newest creations. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome while availability lasts.
