People really are liking the Raspberry Croissant and Fruit Danish.... we were eating the fresh Raspberry Jam by the spoonful and can confirm - pretty tasty. Our go-to-save-for-home order on Saturday usually includes: a baguette, a baguettezel, almond croissant, chocolate hazelnut and/or Pain Suisse (secret bakery insight) + we save some sourdough loaves on Wednesday from thr FoodHub bake. Got a constance stock rotation going on over here...
Best way to store loaves? Pre-slice (once the loaf is a day old - it's easier to slice) and store it in the freezer πππ pop the slices in the oven while it's preheating at 350 for ~5min
