Between the Trees Bread Between the Trees is a micro-bakery in the heart of the High Country in Boone, NC.

We bake naturally leavened breads made from organic locally and regionally grown grain with a long, cold fermentation for flavor and digestibility.

Did not occur to me that some people don't like pickles... but the pickle people ™️ came through for the smoked gouda, cornichon, prosciutto 🥐

Took last week off to play in the ocean 🤗

This week, we added in some fall flavors with:

🍐 Almond Danish

🍫 Pecan Crescent 🌙 (I saved me one)

🍎 Cinnamon Apple Pecan Babka (took one of these)

🥔 Roasted Potato/Rosemary/Feta Sourdough (also saved one of these)

We are making so much more than when did even just 1 to 2 years ago, and are always blown away how people show up time and time again ❣️
