Yesterday was a whirlwind. 🥹 My biggest market to date and biggest week as a business owner!

We had big things happening all over + smaller orders being picked up.👇🏼

🧀 Adel Market (we sold out!!!)
🌶️Ames for a wedding (cone wall rental)
🍇Madrid for a wedding grazing table.

It took several of us to make it all happen, and when everything was finally done, my only to-do was to relax. So I crawled into bed with a big bag of kettle corn and did just that at 7:15. 😴🍿

…I couldn’t have pulled yesterday off without My Assistant, My husband, my mom and some amazing friends and family who jumped in to help.

Not many pictures (some done mid work!) but as you all know, I am so THANKFUL! 💛

Today’s “work” was too good to be true. A private charcuterie workshop for a class reunion in the comfort of someone else’s home.🧀

…These ladies were adorable, so welcoming, and had me smiling as they kept giggling, saying, “We all still have the same personalities and mannerisms!” 🥹

2nd Annual B-INSPIRED 5K. Run | Walk B-INSPIRED. Recap ✔️



I LEFT INSPIRED MYSELF — just like so many of you. 🥹 I feel like my job is complete.

After countless hours of planning, organizing, worrying about all the little details + wondering if it would all come together… seeing everyone show up and enjoy themselves Saturday made it SO worth it.

New this year — The Kids Dash was such a huge hit! We had 50+ kids sign up, and it was the cutest thing watching them race, get competitive, cheer each other on and be VERY excited about their cheese squishies afterward.😆

Where are my B-INSPIRED runners / walkers?! This Saturday again, at the Iowa Arboretum & Gardens is another wonderful 5k for a great cause! This one’s special for those with pups! 🐶 Another beautiful Saturday for some miles. 💛

It’s the little things. 🎃

Out of all the places this pumpkin could go at our house, it ended up sitting right outside my shop.

I asked Briggs who put it there and he said, “Me! For your customers, Mom.” 🥹 …Not to mention it’s currently the only pumpkin we have, so thats what makes it pretty special!

My kids have grown up alongside Letter Eats. They’ve watched it grow, helped behind the scenes, and now every time they see anything yellow or a “B,” they point it out to me. School work comes home with little references… or Even this past weekend, my husband changed his watch face to butter yellow for the 5K to support. 😇

It all started as my side hobby, but my kids have watched it become so much more. They see the work, the support, the people who show up for me — and they’re always watching. They hype me up to people, too… some people even refer to them as the “cheese kids!” 😂

Not to be “woo woo” but I took a picture of them counting down for the participants at my 5k and a little reflective rainbow was shining right over the top of them.

Truly blessed with such a great, supportive family. I love you Boys. My why.
