10 Things That Helped Me Take Letter Eats By B Beyond the Brick & Mortar. 🧀⚡️🚌
1️⃣ I BOUGHT IT BEFORE I NEEDED IT.
I knew I eventually wanted to do markets and events, but I had NO clue what that would look like yet. (set up included!)
2️⃣ I FOUND SOMETHING UNIQUE.
Most people don’t believe me when I say I found this gem at HomeGoods. The yellow + Volkswagen-inspired look made it an immediate YES. (My last two vehicles have been VW!)
3️⃣ I MADE IT MORE THAN JUST FOOD.
I wanted people to stop, notice it, take pictures, talk about it and remember it. Not your average table and tent!
4️⃣ I HAD SOMEONE WHO BELIEVED IN THE IDEA, TOO.
My husband was on board from the beginning — the ultimate hype man and the one who makes sure my crazy ideas make practical sense.
5️⃣ I TURNED AN IDEA INTO A BRAND.
We added our logo, umbrella, custom plates and welded wheels to make it mobile.
6️⃣ IT GOT MY SMALL BIZ NAME OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY.
I started doing markets and events — and then something really cool happened… people started coming to us. Invitations, private events and opportunities followed.
7️⃣ IT BECAME ANOTHER REVENUE STREAM.
The sales were great, but so was the exposure. People were seeing us, trying us, following us and telling their friends about us.
8️⃣ IT CREATED BRAND RECOGNITION.
Now I get messages asking, “Where will the B-Wagen be next?” That little “bar cart” became something people recognize and remember.
9️⃣ IT COMPLEMENTS MY BUSINESS — IT DOESN’T REPLACE IT.
My brick-and-mortar orders always come first, but when time allows, we LOVE popping up at events.
🔟 I TOOK THE RISK BEFORE I KNEW HOW IT WOULD PAY OFF.
And somehow, it paid off in ways I never could have planned for. Sometimes the craziest ideas take you further than you ever imagined. Trust the process. Take the risk. Believe in yourself. And ….B-INSPIRED. 💛 (It’s been a fun ride!!) 🚌
