🇺🇸 Help Jordan Reach Her Goal! 🚒❤️

Jordan Evans is a local paramedic who has been part of the San Diego 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb over the years as a volunteer, fundraiser, sponsor and climber.

This year, she’ll once again climb in honor of the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001, while raising funds for FirefighterAid.

❤️ Jordan will be out front of Backdraft on the dates listed, accepting donations in person. Stop by, say hello and help her get closer to her $3,430 goal!

Good news... our lettuce has an alibi. 😄

We've had a few people ask about the recent Taylor Farms shredded lettuce recall linked to a parasite that has caused stomach illness. Rest easy—we have never used that shredded lettuce.

At Backdraft Bar & Grill, we pride ourselves on sourcing locally whenever possible and using the freshest, minimally processed ingredients we can. Our lettuce likes to arrive as lettuce—not confetti. 🌱
