The “Late Riser” is this week’s special, it is a burger patty topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage, hash browns, a fried egg and a little maple syrup. Served between pancakes. A great burger for those that like breakfast anytime or like to wake up late, but still want breakfast.

This week’s special is “El Diablo;” for fans of The Diablo burger I morphed it into an amazing pizza! It has a creamy chipotle sauce, cheese, bacon, hamburger, jalapeño, crispy onion strings, and spicy barbecue. A little spicier than the burger, but what would you except from El Diablo?

Due to circumstances beyond my control Scruds is opening again with reduced hours. This week The Bowling alley will be open on Friday and Saturday from 12:00- 12:00 and on Sunday from 2:00-9:00pm. We are also going to shift to pizza for the time being. We will be offering a special the “North Idaho” it is a white sauce pizza with mozzarella, grilled chicken, Gorgonzola, bacon and smoked cheddar, then topped with Scruds own huckleberry bbq sauce.
