I got so busy yesterday that I never had a chance to post, so in case you haven't stopped by yet, I delivered a fresh batch of gluten-free goodies to Homestead Produce and Deep Creek Farm Stand!

One of my favorite ways to enjoy my chocolate chip cookies is warm and fresh from the oven, and now you can too! I may not be baking as often these days, but now you can keep a container in your freezer and bake them whenever you're craving a fresh, warm cookie. Each cookie dough ball weighs two ounces, so they're the perfect bakery-style cookie. Bake just one for a late night treat, or bake the whole container to share with family and friends.

I was also able to make both of my favorite granolas!

✨ The Heritage Blend Granola is my take on the famous Eleven Madison Park granola from New York. It's made with all organic ingredients, including sprouted oats, crunchy pistachios and almonds, tart dried cherries, toasted coconut, pure maple syrup, brown sugar, olive oil, and flaky sea salt.

🍯And, the Honey Graham Granola is made with organic sprouted oats, honey graham crackers, local honey, butter, and vanilla.

And finally, you'll find the cookie dough as well as fresh Almond Raspberry Friands in the freezer at both farm stands!

If you've been waiting to stock up, or just need some last minute treats for the 4th of July, today is a great day to stop by! This will be my last delivery until August, so it's the perfect time to fill your freezer with a few favorites.

✨ Fresh restock! Looks like we’ve got a rainy weekend ahead, so it’s the perfect excuse to grab a sweet treat…or two! 😉

Toffee Chocolate Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and cinnamon rolls are stocked in the freezers at Deep Creek Farm Stand and Homestead Produce! Each batch is frozen fresh after baking to help maintain the best flavor and texture.

Also, This will be my last restock until the end of June as I settle into my new schedule, so be sure to grab your favorites while they’re available! 🤍

After a lot of thought, prayer, and difficult conversations as a family, I’ve made the decision to slowly begin stepping away from this chapter of my bakery.

My little gluten free bakery has been such a meaningful part of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has supported it over the years. It gave me something creative and fulfilling to pour myself into during a season when I was trying to find joy again. And, in so many ways, this bakery helped carry me through that time. Your orders, encouragement, and support have meant more than you know.

Over the last several months, it’s become clear that our family needs a different rhythm and a little more stability. Recently, I was offered an opportunity that will allow me to better support our family, and I’ve decided to move forward with it, even though it feels deeply bittersweet.

So what does that mean for my bakery moving forward? Over the next few months, I’ll still be doing occasional drops and delivering to Deep Creek Farm Stand, Homestead Produce, and Beloved Acres Co-op as I work through my remaining inventory and slowly wind things down. While I won’t be operating at full scale anymore, I absolutely still plan to bake here and there, so if you ever need gluten free treats for a special occasion, holiday, or gathering, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d still love to help when I’m able.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your tables, celebrations, and everyday moments over the years. It has truly been an honor to bake for you, and your support made this chapter sweeter than I ever could have imagined. 🤍

Since gluten free baked goods don’t have the same shelf life as traditional baked goods, I’ve started freezing my items immediately after baking for the farm stands. This helps lock in freshness and gives you the best texture and flavor possible whenever you pick them up. 💛

Hi friends! I’m so sorry for the late preorder launch. As some of you know, I was locked out of my business pages and have been scrambling the past couple of days to get everything back, all while baking and fulfilling orders…it’s been a lot over here!

The good news: everything is finally up and running and preorders are officially open! Since the launch was delayed, I’ve extended the ordering deadline to give everyone a little extra time.

💐 💛My Easter menu is live! Delivery will be Thursday 4/2 in Sandpoint and Friday 4/3 in Bonners! 💛💐

This year’s menu includes:

White Chocolate Coconut Cake
This is not your average coconut cake. It’s inspired by the famous “Tom Cruise Cake” from Doan’s Bakery in California, with creamy white chocolate, toasted coconut, and a rich, buttery crumb. It’s finished with a layer of buttercream and covered in toasted coconut for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It’s one of those cakes that feels a little extra special and perfect for Easter.

Triple Chocolate Egg Brownies
Rich, chewy brownies made with three types of chocolate and baked into decorative egg shapes. They have that perfect slightly crisp edge with a soft, fudgy center, and are finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.

Tsoureki (Greek Easter Bread)
Anyone who knows me knows how proud I am of my Greek heritage. This is a bread I grew up having every Easter. Traditionally it includes a red-dyed egg, but my version keeps it simple as a soft, lightly sweet bread made gluten free. It’s so good warmed up with butter and jam, or even used for French toast. I’m really excited to share something so meaningful to me.

Colossal Nest Cookie
A soft, oversized chocolate cookie topped with a little chocolate nest and Cadbury mini eggs. It’s simple, fun, and one of the cutest Easter treats!
