If you’re constantly searching for that “quick fix” for you weight loss or muscle gain goals then I hate to break it to you buuuuut these are the only long term “magic pills” that get you lasting results.
Make your diet consist of nutrient dense whole foods you like that come from non-ultra processed sources. Then eat in amounts according to your goals.
Make your exercise activities you enjoy. The beautiful thing about fitness that almost every influencer fails to tell you is that the barrier to entry is extremely low
Get a gym membership. Join group classes. Take dance lessons. Go for walks outside. Explore trails on a hike. Rent a bike and cruise the beach. Join a coed sports league even. Something. Just move and make it fun. Then stack more activities in as you go.
It doesn’t have to be everyday. Start with one day a week then add in more down the road
You’re most likely not a bodybuilder on prep getting ready for a show. Don’t treat your diet and exercise like you are
