Jim is a retired pharmacist and currently a recovering ice cream addict. Andy is a retired bartender that got lost on the way to the bar and wound up in an ice cream parlor. Together, we have created a menu that uses no artificial ingredients or colors. We pick our ingredients at the same places you do your grocery shopping! We use a lower fat content than our competitors because we want you to ta

ste the freshness. We keep a rotating menu constantly creating new flavors. With options for all ages, Tipsy Udder has accomplished the unthinkable, "Alcoholic ice cream!"
