One thing I’ve loved about coffee is how much science goes into a great espresso shot. ☕️

It’s kind of funny when you think about it—you can use the same beans, the same machine, and the same recipe, but a tiny change in grind size can completely change the shot.

Too coarse? Too fast. Too fine? Too slow. Then you have to dial in the perfect extraction, timing, and flavor. It’s equal parts science experiment and art project every single day.

There’s something really satisfying about finally pulling that perfect shot after making a few adjustments. Just geeking out over here, it’s fine everything is fine. 🤣 🤓

We just want to take a minute to say thank you.

The past couple of weeks haven’t been ideal with our espresso machine down, and we know that’s a big part of why many of you stop in. Your patience, support, and continued visits have meant more to us than you probably realize.

We’ve been using this time not just to fix things but to rethink, refresh, and get a little creative behind the scenes. 👀

Something new is brewing… and while we’re not quite ready to spill the tea yet, just know we’re working on some fun changes that we think you’re going to love.
