Wheels up 🛫🛫🛫on BBQ catering that you may remember. Cold pack orders can be picked up from 4-9 pm on Saturday for heat and serve for your gatherings on Sunday. There will be much more to come but this is the start of a more robust catering operation moving forward. Cheers!

Beef Brisket $16.50 per pound
Pulled Pork $14 per pound
Smoked Chicken $14 per pound
Baked Mac-N-Cheese $27 per 1/2 tray
Baked Beans $27 per half tray

Order must be placed ahead of time and be picked up on Saturday here at The Tross ™️ between 4-9 pm. All orders will be cold packed and ready to heat and serve on Sunday.

We had some folks reach out because we ran our Smoked Reuben all week long last week at El Albatross and say they saw it after the fact and were disappointed. So if you were one of those folks and you don’t follow us there, make the leap and check out what we’re doing. As a bonus, we had loaded up and still had some product remaining and will therefore be offering The Rube ™️ tonight for sure and almost assuredly tomorrow as well. El Albatross is located at 156 Canal Street SE in Bolivar and our hours are Monday-Saturday from 4 pm until 930 pm in the kitchen. There are no age restrictions today and every Monday of each week. Tuesday through Saturday is ages 18&Up. We have tacos and pizza daily in addition to our chalkboard rotational features. Thanks for the support through the years and check us out at the Tross. We really hope you’ll give us a follow there, just 100 feet north of the former Sublime Smoke, to see what we have planned and are working towards. Obviously you can unfollow if you don’t want to see these posts (we hope not 🤞 ), but we are excited for the new life chapters and hope that you’ll embrace us in our new setting like many of you did for years at Sublime.****

Featured up beginning at 4 pm today. You can also call (330) 874-6185 beginning today to place to-go orders. Not pictured but AVAILABLE DAILY is our pizza. Pro tip: if you enjoyed the pizza at Sublime Smoke, you will find it very familiar. Lastly, 5 of the 12 new craft beer handles are filled and very soon you will be able to follow us on Untappd as a Verified Venue.

Schedule update:

We will be CLOSED for lunch tomorrow but open for dinner at 4 pm. Prepped all day with what came in on the truck and the am staff and I will pull the rest of the menu together tomorrow. We simply cannot prep the entire thing and be ready at 11 am. We are also waiting on a restock of kegs to help fill out the list. Sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate the patience.

Getting real tight on quantities of proteins this evening. Call ahead if you want the up to date list. Currently SOLD OUT on smoked chicken. Very tight on pork and Briskets. Cole slaw and potato salad sold out as well.

Menu Update for Thursday 12-14. We are SOLD OUT of both brisket and ribs for the rest of the day. Briskets are hitting the smoker and we are trying to restock. Call ahead to double check on specific menu items if necessary.
