El Albatross

Tacos/Pizza/BBQ/Cocktails & Spirts/Craft Beer. All ages welcome on Tuesday (kitchen open 4-9pm) w/ 16&Over Wednesday-Saturday (kitchen open Noon-9 pm)

10/06/2026

EDIT: we had the wrong menu board listed originally but have made the correction

Every Tuesday brings fried cod baskets and today is no different. Now that pizza? Torpedoes are brisket and cream cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon, while topedoes are wrapped in sausage. Why eliminate either so this pizza has:

✅ cream cheese spread base
✅ shredded brisket
✅ bacon
✅ ground sausage
✅ lightly smoked jalapeños
✅ smoked pepper trio bbq sauce

🎃🎃🎃 New Cheesecake🎃🎃🎃

Upcoming the rest of the week, you have smash burgers on Wednesday, Smoked Prime Rib on Thursday, and Smoked Reuben’s on Saturday.

10/01/2026

Prime rib is on the smoker and looking/smelling delicious 🔥🔥🔥 Chorizo gravy fries and Caramel & Apple cheesecake are locked and loaded as well. Our doors open at 4 pm and prime rib dinners are available beginning at 5.

09/30/2026

Wednesday = 💣🍔🔥 We roll through these pretty good so if you haven’t had a smash burger at The Tross, make tonight your night!

09/29/2026

Tuesday means fried cod baskets and we went back in time to bring back some chorizo cheesy fries 🔥🔥🔥

09/25/2026

Little late getting to the board after starting the day with a little drop in visit from the local Health Department. Flying colors as usual! Alas we’ve got a great salad lined up 🔥🔥🔥

✅ marinated chicken
✅ arugula
✅ basil
✅ lemon-oregano vinaigrette
✅ olive tapenade
✅ crispy Parmesan cup

You know the crispy bits of cheese that stick to the pan on a grilled cheese? Or the cheese that sticks to the edge of a dolajeans pizza? Why have a little when you can have a lot?

Don’t miss that cheesecake as well 💣

09/24/2026

Smoked Prime Rib dinners and Caramel Apple Crumb Cheesecake are up on the board and ready for this beautiful Thursday 🔥🔥🔥

09/23/2026

It’s Wednesday and while it’s not a Big Kahuna Burger, it is in fact a Tasty Burger! Cheesecake is cooling in the walk-in but it is seasonal and Troy Approved™️…..Caramel-Apple -Crumb

09/19/2026

$1 Dine In Wings and Smoked Reuben’s all day

09/18/2026

Late post but we are up and running for tonight. Friday Night brisket in the carving board, as well as a fantastic brisket and bacon-jalapeno Alfredo pasta 🔥🔥🔥

09/17/2026

Each and every Thursday we roll out our smoked prime rib dinners 🔥🔥🔥 Our doors open at 4 and prime rib is available starting at 5 pm. We’ve been flying through the cheesecake so 2 more were made this morning. Who knew peanut butter and chocolate went together so well like peas and carrots 😁
