Tonight’s chalkboard is up and running. The cheesecake is just finishing setting up so I don’t have a picture just yet. But the crust is vanilla wafer w/ orange and lemon zest. The cake is traditional vanilla with berries mixed in and topped with mixed berry & peach compote 🔥🔥🔥

You start with a pot of goodness. Onions, carrots, celery, green pepper, garlic, herbs, & tomatoes. You cook that down a bit and then work in a nice, light brown roux. Thicken that bad boy up and then hit it with andouille & smoked chicken and voila, Jambalaya appears on the chalk board. ***THE BROTH DOES CONTAIN SHELLFISH*** We will also have battered cod & fries, and this weeks cheesecake is for Troy. 💥💥💥 NY cheesecake, chocolate pudding, and butterscotch cream 💥💥💥
