Chef has outdone himself this week! Leaning into his Latin roots, he’s elevated a humble family dinner into something truly spectacular. Come let us nourish your soul before everyone gets back to the hustle and bustle of the school season.
🥣 Red Pepper Bisque is our soup of the week. With roasted peppers, savory aromatics and rich cream, topped with shaved Parmesan, crumbled bacon, croutons and chives.
🍽️ Chicken adobo at its finest. Airline chicken breast with an adobo glaze over savory puréed pintos, escabeche seasoned oven roasted veggies, and topped with crumbled queso fresco.
🍹In honor of we bring you Just Another Daiquiri! With lime, Havana club anejo, house made ginger syrup, and toasted almond bitters.

Anthony Bourdain said it best when he stated, “Good food is very often, even most often, simple food.” That’s our aim this week, simple flavors with a focus on preparation and ex*****on. With chocolate peanut butter waffles, juicy burgers, fresh and bright gazpacho, and crisp clean cocktails there’s something on the menu for everyone.
🥣 Our soup feature this week combines seasonal cantaloupe and watermelon with fresh cucumbers and bell peppers. Topped with crumbled bacon for the perfect textural harmony, olive oil, and chives.
🍔Our dinner this week elevates the humble burger. Simple food at its finest, our burger features a 6oz handpatted burger patty on a toasted brioche bun and dresses it simply with spicy pesto aioli, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, caramelized onions, and zesty pepper jack cheese. Served with yukon gold potato wedges, lightly seasoned and oven roasted for that simple potato side kick we all crave with our burgers.
🍸And finally, we’ve taken the simple tomato and turned her into the crispest and cleanest of martinis. A tomato lovers dream with house clarified heirloom tomato water, hints of salt, smoke, and zesty vinegar, this cocktail embodies all those flavors we seek during tomato season. We like big salads and we can not lie! On these warm summer days when it’s too hot to eat hot food, we’ve got you covered!
🍎🥗 This week we’re serving up a beautiful Waldorf salad in a fresh yogurt dressing with crisp apples, red and green grapes, crunchy celery, walnuts, and shredded roast chicken with tender spring mix.
🥣 Watermelon gazpacho has made it’s come back, this week with jalapeno and basil. Topped with crumbled feta, rich olive oil, and chives.
🧇🍪For brunch we’re serving up cookies and cream waffles with white chocolate whipped cream and crushed Oreos. Perfectly decadent, and the best way to start any summer day.
🍹To celebrate National Spritz Day (August 1st) and the lovely ladies who continue to supply us with the bounty of their gardens, Jeannie Tsuneishi has created the loveliest of spritzes. With a house-made nectarine & lemon thyme shrub, Spanish cava, fresh basil, passion fruit liqueur, and club soda, The Secret Herb Society pays homage to the bounty of the season, fresh herbs, beautiful friendships, and that giddy feeling you get when drinking bubbly.

✨Dinner this week is fanciful and light with a decadent twist. With perfectly cooked salmon, a creamy and light cauliflower and potato purée, oven roasted carrots, and tequila cream sauce!! Yes, you read that right, tequila cream sauce.
🥣 Our soup this week is a light Garbanzo and vegetable soup with zucchini, carrots, and cauliflower, in a tomato rich vegetable stock and topped with thin sliced jalapeño, queso fresco, and cilantro. If you’re a soup lover you don’t want to miss this one!!!
