🌴What a treat!! This dinner feature is giving us island vacation vibes!! Briny and meaty mussels sautéed with onions and garlic in a savory and spicy coconut broth and topped with a fresh housemade pineapple salsa, served with a side of crostini.
🥥Adding to the beach vacation vibes we have both pina colada boozy popsicles and creamy watermelon lime popsicles (never fear, both are vegan!!).
🧇Our brunch special this week features decadent peach cobbler waffles, with fresh warm peaches cooked with brown sugar, vanilla, cardamom & cinnamon, topped with vanilla whipped cream and crushed pecans.
🥣Our soup this week is a classic vegetable soup, the perfect cure to these rainy days!!
🍈🍃Keep your eyes out for our cocktail feature this week, we’ve dreamed up a beautiful melon, basil, and arugula concoction that will delight your senses.

✨So much to celebrate in one weekend!! Not gonna lie, we’re so hype for WV Day and have crafted the perfect cocktail to honor this great state. However, we’re also so excited to honor all those great dads in our lives with great food, a killer beer selection, and all the dad jokes we can handle. 👇🏼Drop your best dad jokes in the comments below for clout and to honor the best of the best this weekend.
🥣Our soup this week is a hearty and rich meat and bean chili with just a touch of heat. Topped with queso fresco, diced jalapeño, & cilantro and served with cornbread, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser!!
🧇 Our waffle flavor this week takes us all the way back to childhood, simple & delicious, the perfect comfort food..Chocolate Chip Waffles!!!
🍽️Dinner this week is a show stopper, steak and potatoes meet loaded fries on this gorgeous plate! With oven roasted Yukon gold potatoes tossed in Parmesan and parsley, topped with marinated, grilled, and sliced chuck steak, North African chermoula sauce with roasted peppers, cumin, and fresh herbs, and queso fresco, you will be dreaming of this dish for weeks to come.

🌸All you WV natives, fans, friends, enthusiasts, and visitors listen up!!! This isn’t just a pretty drink, it’s an ode in a glass. Living poetry, if you will. Featuring a fresh pressed juice made with golden delicious apples (that’s right, our state fruit), golden pineapple, and ginger, a homemade blueberry basil syrup (special thanks to Monica for sharing her abundance), Salt & Sorghum bitters from Artemisia Farm & Vineyard for a little salinity and old world earthy sweetness, and bourbon. If you can’t tell, we’re mighty pleased with this creation from Jeannie!!

Yall, this week’s specials are love and comfort on a plate or in a glass!!!
⚽️ Chef was inspired by the World Cup and fond memories of watching soccer at home amongst friends and family eating comfort food and cheering on his favorite teams!
🫐🧇If you’re the breakfast type, these blueberry waffles will not disappoint!! They’re the proper comfort food to help start your day on the right foot.
🌮 For dinner we’re serving up a Chipotle BBQ Pulled Pork taco on cheese toasted yellow corn tortillas with both caramelized and lime pickled red onions topped with cilantro and served with southwest ranch and lime.
🥣 Our soup this week is a sweet, tart, and savory Granny Smith Apple gazpacho topped with tajin, cilantro, and queso fresco for the perfect balance of flavors in a chilled soup!!
🇺🇸🥃 🍒As far as cocktails, we’re still featuring The 250 this week, with Lairds Apple Jack, Brandy, house made cherry bounce syrup, and smoked cherry & angostura bitters.

🚨Spread the word, you asked and we listened!! We’re debuting new breakfast features each week!!! This week’s waffle special is sure to be a show stopper!! With banana waffles topped with even more banana, chocolate hazelnut ganache, whipped cream, and crushed candied walnuts & sweetened condensed milk, these are the waffles dreams are made of!!!
🍽️Not to be outshone, our dinner feature is equal parts comfort and pizzaz. Tender hanger steak served with a perfectly light garden rotini pasta tossed in a chili honey vinaigrette with sweet corn, cucumbers, red onion, and sweet bell pepper.
🥣Back to please the masses, our soup of the week is our ever popular tomato gazpacho!!! Perfectly ripe romas, sweet bell pepper, red onion, and balsamic vinegar puréed and topped with croutons and created Parmesan with a drizzle of EVOO.
🥃Now featuring The 250: a cherry apple split base Old Fashioned with Lairds Apple Jack and brandy, house-made cherry syrup, classic angostura bitters and smoked cherry bitters from .farm with a lemon twist.
