🍫 Some recipes become family traditions. This one became a menu favorite.

Chef Bobby’s Momo’s Éclair Cake started with his grandma bringing a pan to celebrate his and Chef Dan’s birthdays. One bite was all it took for them to say, “This HAS to be on the menu!”

Today, every cake is still made from Momo’s recipe, and every time Chef Bobby makes one, he’s reminded of the family gatherings, birthdays, and desserts they shared together.

When Chef Bobby came over from McWethy's Tavern to become the Chef here at McWethy’s Sports Bar, it was a no brainer he was going to bring his grandma’s specialty with him as well!
