Do you have a seafood recipe you’re proud of?
The Taste of Palacios Seafood Festival wants YOU in the Seafood Tasting Tent!

✅ Restaurants, chefs, caterers, food trucks, culinary students, community groups, family cooking teams, home cooks, and other food lovers are invited to showcase a signature seafood dish and share their talent with the community.

📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026
📍 S Bay Blvd. & 4th Street Pier | Palacios, Texas
⏰ Tasting Tent: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM

Choose from donated Texas-sourced seafood including shrimp, hybrid striped bass, catfish, red drum, live oysters, and local shucked oysters. Participants will prepare tasting-size samples for festival guests, and there is no cost to participate.

🥇 1st Place: $300
🥈 2nd Place: $200
🥉 3rd Place: $100

This is your chance to show off your cooking skills, promote yourself, your team, business, or organization, and be part of one of the tastiest experiences at the festival!
