We were honored to be part of Huston Vineyards Basquing in the Sunset event, sharing a little piece of Basque culture through food, community, and conversation.

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, we're inviting you to discover one of Spain's best-kept secrets. 🍷🍂

Join us on September 16 for an evening dedicated to sherry, led by our special guest, Mike Sadler of Well Oiled Wine Company. Together, we'll explore the rich, complex world of sherry with featured wine from Bodegas Barbadillo, one of Spain's oldest and most celebrated wineries.

You'll discover what makes sherry so unique, learn about the traditions of Spain's Sherry Triangle and the Solera aging system, and enjoy seasonal pintxos thoughtfully paired with each wine.

Your evening includes:
🍸 A welcome sherry cocktail (arrive at 5:30 PM)
🍷 Guided sherry tastings
🥘 Seasonal pintxo pairings
📖 A lively exploration of one of Spain's most distinctive wines
