Neighbor Tim's BBQ Wood - Smoke - Meat Specializing in slow-smoked Texas Style Brisket and Carolina Pork Shoulder, while utilizing a custom made Texas Style offset smoker.

Neighbor Tim's BBQ, ropes in the finest prime-grade meat. We then fire up our custom offset wood burning smoker and over the next 12- 14 hours, slowly burn natural apple and oak woods. Harnessing this low and slow method of smoking meat gives our final product a sweet and savory flavor along with that cowboy kick of spice! Well, folks….another door has opened for us! Our next Neighbor Tim’s BBQ location is in the works! This time we’re opening up in North Meridian off McMillan and Linder- Set to open by mid-September. Same BBQ menu as our other two locations and of course smokin’ the same awesome beef. 🙌🏼 We can’t wait to serve ya soon in Meridian!
