Known as “Scarface,” Al Capone became one of the most famous figures of the Prohibition era in Chicago. While his empire was built on illegal alcohol and organized crime, he was ultimately brought down not for those crimes—but for tax evasion in 1931.

Fortunately, the only thing we’re pouring at Luciano’s is fine wine.

Blackened, crusted, and pan seared salmon over a bed of lemon ricotta risotto and finished with a balsamic reduction drizzle, picked red onion and parsley. Paired with sautéed broccolini, summer squash and zucchini.
