June is for Jo! ☀️
Our newest Employee of the Month is truly a State Street staple. Jo brings positivity, support, and genuine care to both the Caffeina team and every customer who walks through the door. When asked how her friends would describe her, she said “energetic” and “enthusiastic,” and we couldn’t agree more.
Jo brings a fiery energy while staying calm, kind, and collected through even the busiest shifts. Much like her music taste, a mix of soft country and upbeat EDM house, she keeps the café balanced, fun, and full of life.
You’ll usually find her sipping her go-to drink: a double shot of espresso with a splash of cold chocolate milk.
For Jo, a great café experience is all about atmosphere: upbeat, welcoming, and filled with laughter. She loves the diversity of the café space: people working, catching up with friends, and enjoying quality coffee together.
Jo loves springtime in Boise, dogs, and opening shifts. Her kindness, work ethic, and upbeat attitude make a difference every single day at State Street. Her coworkers and regulars adore her, and so do we.
