It has been a while since we offer a weekend special. Here is a fan favorite dish. For this Sat and Sunday, we’ll be serving Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang (Pork and Shrimp noodle soup Phnom Penh style). This is one of our most beloved dish consists of pig heart, liver, shrimp, quail egg, and pork. There are two versions of this dish that you can order: dry version and broth version. The dry version is more popular due to our house made special sauce. For all of us that like heat, please make sure to ask for our pickled thai chilies and jalapeños, they will keep you sweating nicely. We are excited to be serving this dish since it’s also our personal favorite and can’t wait to share this with our beloved customers.

Back by popular demand! We are serving Nui Xào Bò (Vietnamese rice macaroni stir fried with beef) this weekend as a weekend special. Our version of macaroni is made of rice instead of traditional wheat when stir fried under high heat that will give you a smoky and chewy texture, combined with tender and juicy tri tip marinated to a perfection. This dish will be perfect for this hot weekend. This dish will only be available this Saturday and Sunday, so come get this dish while available!

For this beautiful weekend, we are excited to be serving Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese pan cake). This is one of our most requested dishes during summer. It has pork, shrimp, bean sprouts and a wide variety of herbs and lettuce. It is a delicious dish with so many fresh ingredients that will make you wanting for more after each bite.

To celebrate Mother’s Day, pho Nguyen is proud to offer a new weekend special menu available only this Sat and Sunday. For appetizer, we’ll have Gỏi Gà (Vietnamese chicken salad). For entree, we’ll have Nui Xào Bò (stir fry rice macaroni with beef). And for dessert, we’ll have Chuối Nướng Nước Dừa (grilled banana with coconut milk.
