We're back at the Boise Farmers Market this Saturday!
You'll find Transylvanian Kurtos in our tent this week, so be sure to look for us at the same spot. Don't worry—whether we're baking from our trailer or our tent, you'll enjoy the same authentic flavors, the same quality, and the same unforgettable chimney cakes.
We won't have our TheStil ice cream this time, but we'll have refreshing bottled water available to help keep you cool.
Come treat yourself to a warm, freshly baked Hungarian chimney cake made with love and tradition.

In Transylvania, in the beautiful region of Kalotaszeg, we continue to preserve our rich folk traditions with pride. Every year, during the Hungarian Days celebrations, the traditional folk costume parade brings our community together in a colorful display of heritage and culture. More than just a parade, it is a powerful symbol of the unity, identity, and enduring spirit of the Hungarians who call this region home.

🎻❤️ Sometimes the best moments are the ones you never expect.
At the Ketchum Arts Festival we were surprised by a talented violinist playing beautiful Hungarian music right next to our trailer. Hearing the melodies from home while baking our traditional Hungarian chimney cakes was incredibly heartwarming and made the weekend even more special.
We are so grateful for this unexpected gift. Thank you for sharing your music and bringing a little piece of Hungary to Ketchum. 🇭🇺❤️ Mostly Kosher
Moments like these remind us that food, music, and tradition have a beautiful way of bringing people together.
