The Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic is back this week🎈
If you're heading to Ann Morrison Park for the balloons, we've got an easy breakfast and coffee option waiting for you just a few minutes away.

☕ Loving Lefse opens at 7am with Norwegian lefse, espresso drinks, matcha and breakfast favorites until 2:30pm. Perfect for grabbing breakfast and coffee before heading over to the balloons or for a post-balloon treat.

Legend has it this is the best week in Boise...

We’re open Wednesday through Monday for Labor Day weekend, and there’s a LOT happening around the park.

🎈 It’s also Spirit of Boise week! Loving Lefse will be opening early Wednesday through Saturday at 7am, so if you’re heading out to watch the balloons, stop by for coffee, matcha and sweet or savory Norwegian flatbread. Friday night is the Night Glow at Ann Morrison Park, and we’re just across the bridge, check out our full lineup on the way over.
