Happy 20th Birthday to one of our sweetest stars!

It has been such a pleasure having Nina on our team this past year!

Her kindness, beauty, talent, and positive spirit make a difference every day, and we are so grateful for everything she brings to Alyonka.

As a BSU student, Nina begins this exciting new chapter and prepares to start nursing school this fall, I know she will do amazing things. Her caring heart and dedication will make her an incredible nurse, and I have no doubt that a bright future is ahead of her!

Olivye salad has been showing up at Russian gatherings for over a century. Potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, and chicken, and a good spoonful of mayo, all folded together into something that tastes better the next day than the day it was made.

It also happens to be the best picnic salad you've never thought to bring. Cool, filling, and holds up in the heat better than anything lettuce-based ever will.
