Dear Wiener fans,
You may have noticed that Johnson's Wieners and Other Meats and Stuff too wound down Wienering operations at the close of the 2023 season. A lot of factors were at play, mainly the fact that I went and got a real job. Sheri and I debated keeping the trailer for limited special events, the overhead of licensing and insurance didn't make sense.
We sold the trailer this summer to Yanni of and would love for y'all to check it out and support a hard working local business owner and someone who makes great food.
It is kind of like that Celine Dion song "My Heart Will Go On." Except I didn't die from hypothermia in the Altantic Ocean but you get the idea.
We are revisiting the idea of making and selling shirts again and have some new design ideas (if Sheri lets me). I would love nothing more than to have a new generation of kids getting banned for wearing them at school!
For reals, thanks for your support, for buying merch and eating Wieners.
